Qualifications

• Experience: 1 to 3 years.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Age: 21 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain consistent coverage of Self Checkout activities to capture all sales while delivering guest service in a safe environment.
• Direct traffic flow for speedy checkout; open additional checkout options and assist cashiers as needed.
• Create and manage daily schedules and control sheets for efficiency and program compliance; plan breaks accordingly.
• Take ownership of auxiliary Front End lines (gift cards, candy, etc) as assigned.
• Assume Front End responsibility when Front-End Leader is off duty; be the point person.
• Complete daily compliance tasks and own topics such as AML, scale/PIN pad checks, and WIC.
• Order Front End supplies with cost awareness.
• Train and coach Front End Team Members on efficiency, service culture, and loss prevention.
• Support Front End Leader with special projects or champion assignments.
