Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a Front End Lead to oversee front end operations and coach team members for outstanding member service. The role focuses on driving membership goals, ensuring efficient POS processes, and maintaining a welcoming environment for guests.

The position requires prior leadership, cashier experience, and strong basic math skills, with a commitment to policy compliance and team development across the club.

Qualifications

• Prior leadership experience preferred.
• Prior Membership or sales knowledge and experience preferred.
• Prior cashier experience preferred.
• Basic math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the front line in the absence of the Front End Manager.
• Coaches and develops frontline team members to ensure excellent member service.
• Drives membership metrics through acquisition, retention and experience programs.
• Manages cash handling, POS operations and member transactions.
• Ensures compliance with policies and operational standards.
• Maintains a safe and positive environment for team members and members.
