Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a remarkable shopping experience by training and holding associates accountable for excellent service.
• Manage front-end performance and productivity (tills, cash handling, compliance, etc.).
• Directly lead Clerks and Clerks' Helpers with focus on accountability and performance.
• Ensure front-end and parking lot conditions meet standards.
• Perform store balancing and front-end management tasks.
• Monitor customer experience on the front-end.
• Occasionally maintain total store operations in absence of store management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
