Job summary

The Save Mart Companies in Fresno, CA, is seeking a Key Carrier Specialist to lead front-end staff in the absence of the Assistant Center Store Manager, ensuring excellent customer service and store balance. You will supervise clerks, manage cash handling, and maintain front-end and parking lot conditions, while training team members to reflect our mission and standards.

Compensation ranges from $17.25 to $27.20 per hour, and includes benefits such as health/dental/vision, 401(k), and vacation

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• One year of retail or grocery experience.
• Strong communication and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a remarkable shopping experience by training staff and ensuring excellent customer service.
• Manage front-end performance and productivity, cash handling, and compliance.
• Direct Clerks and Helpers to achieve high-level business performance.
• Maintain front-end and parking lot conditions and complete store balancing.
• Oversee refunds/returns and other front-end duties as assigned.
• Support occasional total store operations in the absence of management.
