Job summary

Rural King is seeking a Front End Lead at our Xenia, OH location to supervise front-end operations and ensure a high level of customer service. You will coach cashiers, manage transactions, and oversee BOPIS processing, while maintaining accurate cash handling and adherence to store policies.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and the ability to train team members across shifts. This is a full-time on-site position with opportunities for professional growth and competition

Qualifications

• Retail supervisory experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent math and cash handling accuracy.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to train and develop front-end associates.
• Commitment to customer service and store policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and leadership to front end operations.
• Oversee cashier transactions and layaway processes.
• Train front end associates and monitor their development.
• Manage BOPIS process and store fulfillment.
• Maintain cash management, returns, exchanges, and price dispute resolutions.
• Ensure tax-exempt plans setup and EAS deactivation as needed.
• Support loss prevention and respond to customer inquiries.
