Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in retail cashier or supervisory role.
• Strong math and cash handling accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across teams and customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to front end operations and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Oversee cashier transactions and front-end desk activities, including audits.
• Train new front end associates and oversee their development.
• Enable cashiers with scripts and explain programs like loyalty, RK Visa, RK Plus Protection Plan.
