Job summary

Rural King is seeking a Front End Lead to provide oversight of our front end operations with an emphasis on exceptional customer service and a smooth checkout experience. You will guide and train front-end associates, manage cashier activities, and ensure policies are followed to maintain efficiency.

In this role you will lead cashiers, oversee layaway transactions and audits, and educate customers on loyalty programs and protection plans.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of retail cashier or supervisory experience.
• Strong math and cash handling skills.
• Excellent communication to lead staff and assist customers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Ability to train new associates and oversee front-end operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end associates and oversee checkout processes.
• Oversee cashier transactions and customer service desk layaway activities.
• Educate staff on loyalty programs, RK Visa, RK Plus Protection Plan.
• Ensure accurate cash handling, returns, exchanges, and price disputes.
• Oversee BOPIS processes and weekly audits.
• Maintain tax-exemption processes and EAS/spider wrap compliance.
