Job summary

Rural King Farm and Home Store is seeking a front-end supervisor to oversee cashier transactions, training, and customer service excellence across the store. You will manage layaway processes, educate associates on loyalty programs and RK Visa options, and ensure smooth front-end operations from cash handling to store pickups.

The role requires at least 3 years in retail cashier or supervisory work, strong math and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of retail cashier or retail supervisory experience.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong math skills for accurate cash handling.
• Excellent communication skills to direct staff and provide customer service.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Responsibilities

• Ensure comprehensive training for new front end associates and oversee their development.
• Oversee cashier transactions and customer service desk layaway transactions including monthly layaway audits.
• Empower Cashiers to utilize the cashier script and educate them on loyalty programs and protection plans.
• Provide assistance to cashiers by running a register to keep the front-end running smoothly.
• Communicate professionally with Rural King associates and customers.
• Oversee BOPIS process, online orders, and store fulfillment and customer pickups.
• Conduct weekly BOPIS audits and resolve issues related to pick-up window.
