Job summary

The Save Mart Companies is recruiting for a Key Carrier to direct front-end operations and staff in the absence of the Assistant Center Store Manager. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, front-end performance, and compliance while supervising front-end associates.

Hiring pay range: $17.34 - 27.50 per hour. Requires 1 year of college or vocational training and 1 year of retail experience. Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and work varied retail hours.

Qualifications

• Ability to train front-end associates and ensure high service standards.
• Strong math skills and accuracy in cash handling and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a remarkable shopping experience by training and holding staff accountable for service.
• Manage front-end performance and accuracy of tills and compliance tasks.
• Directly lead Clerks and Clerk Helpers to achieve high business performance.
• Ensure front-end and parking lot conditions meet standards (merchandising, cleanliness).
• Perform store balancing and front-end management functions (refunds, loans, check processing).
• Monitor customer experience on front-end and cover shifts in absence of management.
