Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Head Cashier to supervise a team of cashiers and assist with store operations in a fast-paced environment. You will model excellent customer service, guide crew at registers, and ensure smooth daily checkout processes.

The role requires 18+ years of age, a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years cashier experience with leadership training, flexible availability including nights and weekends, and strong math/cash handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in hiring and training new cashiers and address disciplinary actions.
