Job summary

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to operate a Point of Sale system and handle cash and electronic transactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver Best of the WEST service throughout the shopping experience.
• Process transactions, returns, exchanges, and other POS activities accurately.
• Coach and train cashiers on POS procedures and cash handling.
• Monitor front-end operations and assist with cashier questions and concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor following company standards.
• Support merchandising updates, price changes, and housekeeping tasks.
