Responsibilities

Lead daily front-end operations and support store leadership.
Deliver Best of the WEST customer service by greeting and assisting customers.
Process customer purchases, returns, exchanges, and other POS transactions accurately.
Train and coach cashiers on POS procedures, cash handling, and policies.
Maintain clean, well-stocked sales floor and ensure proper product display.
Assist with merchandising updates and price changes as needed.
Promote store programs and respond to customer inquiries in person or by phone.
Support with safety, security, and compliance with company policies.
