Qualifications

• Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Accurately operate a Point of Sale system and handle cash and electronic transactions.
• Train and coach associates on POS procedures and customer service expectations.
• Assist with merchandising, stocking, and front-end operations as needed.
• Read and understand English and follow company policies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Best of the WEST customer service by greeting customers and guiding their shopping experience.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the front end.
