Responsibilities

• Deliver Best of the WEST customer service by greeting customers and assisting throughout their shopping experience.
• Process customer purchases, returns, exchanges, and other POS transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Train, coach, and support new and existing cashiers on POS procedures and cash handling.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and restock as needed.
• Assist store leadership by monitoring front-end operations and addressing cashier questions.
