Bass Pro Shops in Georgia is seeking a friendly Greeter to welcome customers and support front-end operations. You will assist with merchandise returns, guide guests, and promote store programs while maintaining a clean, safe entrance.

Ideal candidates have prior customer service experience, strong communication, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. This is a part-time, in-store role supporting busy retail activity.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service environment.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Ability to stay organized and detail-oriented.
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsabilités

• Greets all customers in a friendly, outgoing manner.
• Promotes programs including CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pickup.
• Models brand standards, adheres to dress code and presents a professional image.
• Checks in customer merchandise for returns and records visitor logs for vendors.
• Notifies customers about store events, sales or promotions and distributes materials.
• Maintains clean, safe entryway and work area; guides customers as needed.
• Assists with firearm check-in procedures by notifying the trained Outfitter per SOP.
• Fulfills other duties as assigned.
