Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Charlotte, NC is seeking a friendly Greeter to welcome every guest and provide prompt customer service. This full-time role involves greeting customers, promoting programs, and guiding them through the store with a positive attitude.

You will assist with merchandise checks, event promotions, and keeping the entry area clean and safe while modeling our brand standards. Prior customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service environment.

• Adaptability to new processes and procedures.
• Self-motivation and initiative while unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Greets all customers in a friendly and outgoing manner.
• Actively promotes programs including CLUB Membership, VOC, and In-Store Pickup.
• Maintains professional appearance and adheres to dress code guidelines.
• Checks in customers’ merchandise and vendor representatives; manages visitor logs and badges.
• Assists with entryway events, promotions, and distributing promotional materials.
• Keeps entryway and surrounding area clean, tidy, and safe for customers and staff.
• Facilitates guest check-in of firearms/weapons with designated Outfitter per SOP.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
