Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a friendly Greeter to welcomed guests and provide excellent customer service at the front of the store. The role includes greeting customers, promoting CLUB Membership and in-store pickup, and ensuring a positive first impression through professional appearance and helpful interactions.

The position involves assisting with check-in of merchandise and visitors, supporting events, and maintaining a clean entry area while upholding safety and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Greets all customers entering the store in a friendly and outgoing manner.
• Promotes programs including CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pickup.
• Upholds brand image by adhering to dress code and presenting a professional appearance.
• Checks in all customers’ merchandise for return and vendor visitors per store SOP.
• Assists with event promotion and distribution of promotional materials.
• Helps maintain clean, safe entryway and surrounding area for guests.
