Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in a customer service environment is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers entering the store in a friendly, outgoing manner.
• Assist with front-end tasks and merchandise handling as needed.
• Promote programs such as CLUB Membership, VOC and in-store pickup.
• Check in customer merchandise and vendor visitor logs; manage visitor badges.
• Assist events and promotions and keep entryways clean and safe.
• Support firearms check-in processes per SOP while ensuring no handling by greeters.
