You will contribute to a welcoming store environment, assist with events and promotions, manage visitor logs, and help maintain a clean, safe entryway. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and previous customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greets all customers as they enter the store in a friendly and outgoing manner.
• Actively promotes programs including CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pickup.
• Models brand standards with professional appearance and friendly demeanor.
• Checks in customers’ merchandise for returns and manages guest flow.
• Manages visitor logs and badges for vendor representatives.
• Promotes and distributes promotional materials for special events.
• Ensures entryway and surrounding areas are clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Assists with firearm/weapon check-in by notifying the designated Outfitter per SOP.
