Fresh Thyme Farmers Market is seeking a Coordinator to support front-end operations in our Minnesota store. You will manage checkout lanes, ensure accurate cash handling, mentor team members, and uphold food safety and customer service standards.

The role emphasizes efficient transaction processing, adherence to procedures, and outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced retail setting. We offer weekly pay, scheduling flexibility, and growth opportunities for committed staff.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Management experience is preferred for leadership duties.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills are essential.
• Knowledge of POS and cash handling is desirable.
