Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience with at least 6 months in a leadership role.
• Ability to promote loyalty and credit programs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversees front-of-store Associates and ensures courteous service.
• Trains and mentors Associates on front-end principles.
• Assigns registers and coordinates breaks for associates.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and maintains store standards.
• Ensures adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Promotes safety and a clean, organized store.
• Partners with management on training needs to increase effectiveness.
• Promotes loyalty programs and credit options.
