Job summary

TJ Maxx, a leading off-price retailer, is seeking a Front End Supervisor in Cincinnati. You will oversee associates, ensure excellent customer service, promote loyalty programs, and maintain a clean, organized store.

Responsibilities include leading front-end training, managing POS coverage, addressing customer concerns, and enforcing policies. Experience in retail and leadership is required; flexible scheduling includes nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of merchandising techniques.
• Capable of multi-tasking.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive customer experience.
• Promotes a culture of honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality.
• Trains and mentors Associates on front end principles.
• Trains and coaches Associates on personalizing the customer experience while promoting loyalty programs.
• Assigns registers, supports and responds to POS coverage needs, and coordinates breaks for all Associates.
• Addresses customer concerns and issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Ensures Associates execute tasks according to store plan; prioritizes as needed.
• Communicates priorities to staff; provides progress updates.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Supports shrink reduction goals and programs.
• Promotes safety awareness and maintains a safe environment.
