Responsibilities

• Engages with team members to ensure onboarding, training and development, and coaching.
• Identifies talent and discusses career paths to support staffing and leadership pipelines.
• Oversees area operations and financial results, budgeting and P&L responsibilities.
• Drives safety and compliance, maintains store conditions and adheres to procedures.
• Guides Team Leaders and Leads, assigns daily tasks and training as needed.
