Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore is seeking a Front-End Dept Head to lead Club Services and Front-End operations in our Chicago store. You will drive the customer experience, oversee greetings, product location guidance, and department training, while coordinating with the Sales and Service Manager to optimize sales and service flows.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent with retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee Club Services and Front-End operations to deliver a premier customer experience.
Act as Dept expert, advising Sales and Service Manager on operational and merchandising decisions.
Perform Starter duties when needed to greet customers and guide them to products.
Direct on-floor work assignments and provide department training for associates.
Participate in weekly department walks with the SSM to plan tasks and align with strengths.
Maintain merchandise presence at premiere stock and visual standards; ensure cleanliness and readiness of Front-End areas.
Ensure compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies across store operations.
Open/close responsibilities including cash handling, deposits, and customer escalation.
