Qualifications

• Second language (speaking, reading and/or writing).

Responsibilities

• Promote trust and respect among associates.
• Create an environment that enables customers to feel welcome, important and appreciated by answering questions regarding products.
• Gain and maintain knowledge of products and respond to questions and suggestions.
• Assist with monitoring and control of supply expenses for the department.
• Assist with managing cash control, sales and cash items and records.
• Manage scheduling of Front-end associates to ensure department coverage.
• Assist in preparing budgets, profit and loss reviews and action on financial reports.
• Develop and implement department action plans to achieve results.
• Collaborate with Front-end associates and promote teamwork.
• Adhere to safety and food safety regulations and guidelines.
• Ensure proper temperatures in cases and coolers are maintained.
