Responsibilities

• Promote trust and respect among associates.
• Create a welcoming environment for customers and answer product questions.

• Assist with monitoring and controlling supply expenses for the department.
• Assist with cash control, sales records and store cash items.
• Manage scheduling of Front-end associates for adequate department coverage.
• Assist in preparing budgets, P&L reviews and action plans to achieve results.
• Support development and implementation of department action plans and promote teamwork.
