Job summary

Kroger is seeking a Front-end Supervisor to create an outstanding customer experience and lead the Front-end department. You will direct day-to-day functions, enforce safety and cleanliness, and model the company's values while guiding associates to achieve store goals.

Responsibilities include staff scheduling, budgeting support, promotions execution, and maintaining knowledge of products. On-site role with opportunities for growth within the Kroger family.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic math for transactions and counting.
• Ability to handle stressful situations in a fast-paced store.
• Retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise day-to-day Front-end functions and activities.
• Ensure safe, clean environment and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Plan, schedule and manage front-end associates to cover department needs.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and monitor stock/price changes.
• Assist in preparing department budget and financial reports.
• Develop and implement a department business plan and promotions.
• Adhere to safety programs and training, and report risks.
