Kroger Family of Companies is seeking a Front-end Associate to deliver outstanding customer experiences and support department goals at the Goodyear, AZ store. You will assist with daily operations, budgeting, scheduling, and cash controls to ensure efficient front-end performance.

Responsibilities

• Promote trust and respect among associates.
• Create an environment that makes customers feel welcome and appreciated by answering questions about products.
• Gain and maintain knowledge of products and respond to questions with recommendations.
• Assist with monitoring and control of supply expenses for the department.
• Assist with managing cash control, sales and cash records for the store.
• Schedule Front-end associates to ensure adequate department coverage.
• Assist in budgeting, P&L reviews, and action on financial reports.
• Assist in budgets and labor scheduling in partnership with store management.
• Collaborate with Front-end associates to promote teamwork and a positive attitude.
