Rural King is seeking a Front End Department Lead to oversee front-end operations, support cashiers, and ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.

You will lead and train front-end associates, manage cash handling, returns, layaways, and ensure accurate transactions while upholding company programs like RK Visa and RK Plus Protection Plan. This full-time role is on-site in Chillicothe, OH.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in retail cashier/front-end/supervisory roles preferred
• Strong cash-handling and math abilities with attention to detail
• Ability to lead and train front-end associates and maintain customer service standards

Responsabilidades

• Lead, train, and support front-end associates in daily operations
• Oversee cashier and customer service desk transactions, including returns and exchanges
• Manage cash handling, deposits, audits, and shrink control
• Support registers and educate on RK programs (RK Visa, RK Plus)
• Maintain front-end displays and customer-facing areas
• Follow loss-prevention procedures and shrink awareness
• Oversee BOPIS fulfillment and customer pickups
• Communicate policies and participate in training and cross-training
