Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months related experience or training.

• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Word and Excel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly and efficient customer service to shoppers.
• Escort customers to products, assist with loading heavy items.
• Anticipate needs, communicate clearly, resolve issues quickly.
• Oversee front end operations to meet sales, labor goals, shrink control.
• Ensure prompt checkout and front-end policy compliance.
• Train and coach associates on front end procedures.
• Maintain front end cleanliness, sanitation and safety standards.
• Report pricing/signage discrepancies to the pricing coordinator.
• Provide backup coverage for the service operations manager.
• Operate scanner, register, scale, and related equipment.
• Support stocking, bagging, cart collection and cleaning.
