Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Louisville to engage Customers at the Cashier and Club Desk, processing transactions, returns, exchanges and promotions. You will support a clean, inviting front-end and assist customers with product questions and store navigation.

Ideal candidates communicate well, are comfortable with computer systems, and can adapt to flexible scheduling including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong listening and interpersonal skills with good written and verbal communication.
• Basic computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Able to organize multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage Customers in the Cashier Area and Club Desk with world-class service.
• Process returns, exchanges, gift cards, and promotions at the front end.
• Assist in maintaining clean, organized front-end areas and merchandise presence.
• Handle payments securely and in accordance with SOP.
• Provide product information and direct customers to store areas or team members.
• Stay updated on promotions and events to maintain strong merchandising presence.
• Offer education on products and services to customers.
• Provide feedback to Sales and Service Manager on opportunities to improve experience.
