Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore in Westminster, CO is seeking a friendly Customer Service Associate to engage customers at the cashier and club desk, process returns, exchanges, gift cards, and promotions, and maintain a clean front-end area. You will handle payments securely, answer basic product questions, stay updated on promotions, and contribute to a best-in-class customer experience.

Flexible availability including nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to interact with customers and team members.
• Basic computer skills; comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Able to organize priorities and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers at the Cashier Area and Club Desk to deliver world-class service.
• Process returns, exchanges, and promotions; handle gift cards and loyalty program activities.
• Assist in keeping Front-End areas clean, organized, and merchandise-presenting to drive sales.
