Weis Markets, Inc. is seeking a Customer Experience Associate in Callaway, MD (20995 Point Lookout Road).

You will smile, greet customers, answer questions, and help resolve concerns in a polite, professional manner to boost satisfaction and repeat visits. You will operate front-end scanning equipment and the cash register, ensure accurate checkout, follow store rules for tobacco/alcohol, and maintain knowledge of weekly ads and promotions.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED (or working toward).
• No prior experience required.
• Ability to perform essential duties with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Smiles and greets customers, answers questions, resolves concerns politely and professionally.
• Operates front-end scanning equipment and cash register; handles checkout procedures and bagging.
• Maintains transaction accuracy and cash drawer integrity; follows tobacco/alcohol sale guidelines.
• Maintains knowledge of weekly ads and promotions; assists customers with store layout.
• Ensures sanitation and cleanliness; cooperates with coworkers and supervisors; uses PPE as required.
• May assist in other departments as needed.
