Job summary

Weis Markets, Inc. is seeking a part-time Customer Experience Attendant at 20995 Point Lookout Road, Callaway, MD. You will greet customers, assist with bags, and help keep the store and parking areas clean and safe.

You will also support cashiers, handle general cleaning tasks, and cooperate with staff to maintain a welcoming environment. No prior experience required; a high school diploma or GED is preferred, and on-the-job training is provided.

Qualifications

• Education and/or experience completed or working towards a high school diploma or GED. No prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with questions to ensure quality service.
• Retrieve and return shopping carts; keep parking lot and entrance clean.
• Assist customers by loading groceries into vehicles as needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness, restrooms, break rooms, and trash/recycling areas.
• Monitor safety, open aisles, and report unsafe conditions to management.
• Support cashiers by bagging groceries and handling intercom calls.
