Job summary

Weis Markets, Inc. is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to greet customers, answer questions, resolve concerns, and promote a welcoming, respectful store environment focused on teamwork and service.

You will operate front end scanning and the cash register, bag merchandise, and ensure accuracy of transactions while following tobacco and alcohol sale policies. You will also maintain department sanitation, participate in cleaning routines, handle PPE properly, and assist in other departments

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED completed or in progress.
• No prior experience required.
• Ability to greet customers and resolve questions politely.
• Willingness to comply with safety and health guidelines.
