Job summary

TJ Maxx in Spring, TX is seeking a store leader to promote an excellent customer experience. You will oversee a team of Associates at the front of store, ensuring prompt, courteous service and participation in loyalty programs, while keeping the store clean and organized.

The role requires merchandising know-how, multitasking, strong communication, and the ability to train others. Availability for nights and weekends, plus leadership experience and at least 1 year in retail.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong merchandising knowledge and ability to train associates on front-end principles.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversees a team of Associates at front of store to ensure prompt, courteous service and loyalty program promotion.
• Maintains a clean and organized store and models outstanding customer service.
• Assigns registers, coordinates breaks, and monitors POS coverage.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and supports store safety and compliance.
