Responsibilities

• Trains and mentors Associates on front end principles and customer personalization.
• Assigns registers, supports POS coverage, and coordinates breaks.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience.
• Ensures adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs and supports shrink reduction goals.
