Ralphs in Long Beach is seeking an friendly, customer-focused associate to assist shoppers and process sales at the checkstand. You will deliver excellent service, answer questions, and uphold core values of respect and integrity.

Responsibilities include cashier duties, handling refunds and exchanges, maintaining a clean checkstand area, answering phones, and following store policies. You will support loyalty programs and security procedures while working in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Six months cashier experience to work at Customer Service Desk.
• Must be 18+ years old (19+ in Idaho/Alaska for tobacco).
• Ability to pass a drug test.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work weekends regularly, any shift, and overtime as needed.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks with accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers and process sales at the checkstand.
• Perform cashier functions: open/close register, ring sales, tender transactions, bag merchandise.
• Maintain cleanliness of the checkstand area.
• Answer telephones and comply with corporate policies.
• Provide refunds, exchanges, money orders, and other desk services.
• Handle lottery service and licenses where applicable; administer lost and found.
