Kroger Family of Companies is seeking a Customer Service Desk Associate to assist customers at the point of sale and perform cashier responsibilities. You will handle transactions, refunds, and various payments while maintaining store standards and assisting customers with inquiries.

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, weekends, and overtime as needed. High school diploma or GED is required and drug tests may be administered.

Formación

• Six months cashier experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ years old (19+ in certain states for tobacco).
• Ability to pass a drug test.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver excellent customer service and support associates.
• Perform cashier functions: open/close register, ring sales, handle transactions.
• Process refunds, exchanges, money orders, gift cards, and other payments.
• Maintain cleanliness of checkstand area and respond to phone calls.
• Comply with corporate policies and company initiatives.
• Verify deactivation/removal of Electronic Article Surveillance tags at POS.
• Provide lottery service where available and manage lost and found.
