Job summary

Kroger is seeking teammates to assist customers and manage the Customer Service Desk. Responsibilities include cashier functions, returns processing, and maintaining a high standard of service across the store.

You will participate in safety and policy adherence while supporting daily store operations. Candidates should have at least six months cashier experience, be comfortable with fast-paced shifts, and be able to work weekends.

Qualifications

• Six months cashier experience to work at Customer Service Desk.
• Knowledge of store policies and procedures.
• Ability to work weekends on a regular basis and in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and encourage other associates to deliver excellent customer service.
• Perform cashier functions, including open/close register, ring sales, complete tender transactions.
• Answer telephones and process refunds, exchanges, and payments at the Customer Service Desk.
• Verify all Electronic Article Surveillance Tags are deactivated at point of sale.
