Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months cashier experience for Customer Service Desk.
• Must be 18+ (19+ in certain states) to sell tobacco.
• Able to pass a drug test.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be available weekends, shifts, and overtime as needed.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• High attention to accuracy and detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and encourage associates to provide excellent customer service.
• Perform cashier duties: open/close registers, ring sales, handle tender, bag merchandise, and know produce codes.
• Maintain price discrepancy logs.
• Keep checkstand area clean per standards.
• Answer phones and comply with corporate policies.
• Promote store initiatives and ensure EAS tags are deactivated or removed.
• Respond to tag activations as needed.
