Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.
• Ability to perform the technical requirements of cashier and service center.
• Must meet minimum age requirements to perform specific job functions.
• Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position.

Responsibilities

• Smile and provide prompt, accurate and friendly service while engaging customers.
• Greet each customer and use their name when possible.
• Unload groceries from cart to belt for easier bagging and organization.
• Follow bagging procedures and cash handling per standard practice.
• Assist customers with orders and carry to their car when needed.
• Maintain a neat, clean front end and report any issues with registers or equipment.
