Food Lion is seeking an enthusiastic front-end associate to deliver fast, friendly service and accurate checkout experience at Store 01442 FRONT END. You will greet customers, process payments, bag orders, and help maintain a clean, well-organized front end.

The role emphasizes effective communication, reliable service, and teamwork with store staff to meet customer service standards. Training is provided, with opportunities to grow within the store team.

Competenze

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Effective communication and customer service skills required.
• Ability to learn multiple tasks and handle cashier/service center duties.
• Must meet minimum age and physical requirements to perform the job.

Mansioni

• Smile and provide prompt, accurate and friendly service to customers.
• Greet customers and use their name when possible.
• Unload groceries from cart to belt and group items for bagging.
• Process scans, payments and follow bagging procedures.
• Handle cash, checks, coupons, gift cards and WIC vouchers per policy.
• Identify customers needing assistance and offer to take orders to their car.
• Maintain a neat, clean front end area and report any issues to management.
