Job summary

Coborn’s is seeking a Guest Service Representative to support our front-end operations and guest experiences at the Coborn’s store. You will manage cashiering tasks, money orders, and additional services while ensuring smooth transactions and friendly interactions with guests.

Responsibilities include assisting with returns, price issues, and using various checkout equipment. You will also back up the Guest Service Manager and collaborate with store teams to maintain service standards.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused with strong communication skills.
• Ability to handle returns, exchanges and pricing issues.
• Comfort with using money order machines, postal equipment, and related front-end tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide remarkable guest service at the Guest Service Counter.
• Perform front-end functions including cashiering, bagging, and using payment machines.
• Assist guests with returns, overcharges, and cashier corrections.
• Conduct cashier accuracy audits and report issues to management.
• Provide backup to Guest Service Manager in absence.
