Responsibilities

• Maintain a 'Say Yes to the Guest' attitude by providing remarkable guest service.
• Perform front-end functions including cashiering, bagging, and operating money order/electronic payment machines.
• Assist guests with returned merchandise, overrings, and overcharges.
• Conduct cashier accuracy audits and report issues to store management.
• Provide backup to the Guest Service team and management as needed.
