Responsibilities

• Perform front-end duties: cashiering, bagging, and operating payment machines.
• Process returns, refunds, exchanges, and transaction reversals with accuracy.
• Assist guests with services like money orders, postal, and other store services as needed.
• Provide backup to Guest Service Manager in absence and support store operations.
