Qualifications

• Ability to handle returns, refunds and exchanges with accuracy.
• Comfort with operating front-end cash and service equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide remarkable guest service at the Guest Service Counter.
• Perform front-end functions including cashiering, bagging, money orders, postal tasks, and Western Union.
• Assist guests with returns, price lookups, and difficult transactions.
