Job summary

Coborn's Incorporated is seeking a Guest Services Representative to uphold excellent guest service at the front-end. You will handle cashier functions, process money orders, and assist with returns and other transactions to support the store’s guest experience.

Qualifications

• Provide remarkable guest service with a positive attitude.
• Assist guests with front-end functions and cashier tasks.
• Troubleshoot cashier accuracy and basic equipment issues.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a friendly, helpful Guest experience at the service counter.
• Perform front-end tasks including cashiering, bagging, and using payment/lottery machines.
• Assist guests with returns, price adjustments, and coupon refunds.
• Support store operations with coins, transactions, and other back-end duties.
• Provide backup support to Guest Service leadership as needed.
