Responsibilities

• Maintain a "Say Yes to the Guest" attitude by providing remarkable guest service.
• Perform front-end functions including cashiering, bagging, money order and electronic payment processing, and other transactions.
• Assist guests with returns, coupon refunds, exchanges, and merchandising issues.
• Conduct cashier accuracy audits and relay pricing or equipment problems to management.
• Provide backup to Guest Services, cashiering, bookkeeping, and cart pushing as needed.
• Support the Guest Service Manager in their absence.
