This role supports sales, order fulfillment, merchandising and inventory teams by ensuring smooth checkout, accurate transactions, returns processing, and friendly guidance.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM/project management tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, efficient front-end customer service and ensure a smooth checkout experience.
• Consistently achieve high levels of point-of-sale transactions.
• Assist customers with accurate register transactions, cash handling, and memberships; load purchases into vehicles.
• Process returns and restock items appropriately.
• Expedite customer flow through checkout lanes to minimize wait times.
• Answer phone inquiries and direct questions as needed.
